Clubhouse Rental Information

We offer our clubhouse for rent to host events such as parties, meetings, family gatherings, and more. The clubhouse gives access to our living room space, deck, kitchen, and bathrooms. NOTE: Access to the swimming pool is prohibited for clubhouse rentals. Only Picnic Area rentals allow access to the pool. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Availability

  • Days: Rentals are only available on Saturdays or Sundays
  • Time Slots:
    • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
    • Sunday: 1:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight)
  • NO RENTALS during the month of December

Eligibility

  • You must own or rent a property in Four Seasons to reserve the clubhouse.

Rental Fees

  • Rental Fee: $75 (non-refundable; confirms your reservation)
  • Security Deposit: $500 (refundable; due in cash the day before your event)

Payment Details

  • The $75 rental fee can be paid by cash or check (no cards accepted).
  • This payment secures your date. If payment is not made within one week of your request, the date will become available to others.
  • The $500 security deposit must be paid in cash the Friday before your event.

Capacity

  • The clubhouse has a maximum occupancy of 51 people.

Reservation Process

  1. Fill out a rental application in person or online and then send it via email to 4SeasonsGen@gmail.com.
  2. Submit the $75 rental fee to confirm your reservation.
  3. The Friday before your event, we will contact you to:
    • Complete the $500 deposit transaction (cash only)
    • Review clubhouse rules and policies
    • Give you a tour of the space
    • Provide you with the keys for your event

Picnic Area Rental Information

Much like the clubhouse, the picnic area is only available for rental on weekends (Saturday or Sunday). Please review the following details carefully:

Rental Details

  • Rental Fee: $75 (same as clubhouse rental)
  • Location: Playground area (grassy section near the pool)
  • This area is private, but does not include exclusive access to the pool.
  • Pool access remains open to all residents during your event; however, only your party may use the grassy area.

Time & Availability

  • Rental Hours: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Saturday or Sunday only)

Guest Policy

  • Maximum Guests: 30 guests plus household members with their pool passes
  • All guests must enter through the lifeguard check-in entrance
  • Guests will receive yellow wristbands labeled with your lot number

Reservations

  • Use the same application form as the clubhouse rental + the grassy area agreement form
  • The office administrator will adjust the form accordingly for picnic area rentals

Rules & Guidelines

  • Food is only allowed in the grassy area — not on the pool deck
  • Pool rules apply to all guests (residents and non-residents)
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited
