Annual Assessment Information

To keep our community clean, vibrant, and well-maintained, we rely on homeowners to do their part by paying their HOA dues.

On September 4, 2024, the Board of Directors held its annual Open Budget Hearing. These hearings are conducted each year before the proposed budget is approved. The purpose is to:

  • Present the budget to the community
  • Receive homeowner input and feedback
  • Explain how Association funds are allocated
  • Discuss any proposed assessment changes prior to approval

Following the hearing, the Annual Assessment for Fiscal Year 2025 was approved and will remain $575.00.

Discount Option

The Recreation Association is offering a 3% discount on the Annual Dues Assessment.

  • Discounted Amount: $557.75 (a savings of $17.25)
  • To qualify, payment must be received between October 1 and October 15, 2024.
  • Payments received after October 15 will not qualify for the discount.

Quarterly Installment Option

Members may also continue to make quarterly installment payments of $143.75.

  • Payments must be made on time to remain eligible for the installment plan.
  • If a payment is missed, the full remaining balance of the Annual Assessment will become due, and a $4.95 late fee will be applied.
  • Please refer to the quarterly payment schedule for due dates.

Payment Options

  • Cash payments are accepted; exact amounts are preferred. Any overpayment will be applied as a credit toward the following fiscal year.
  • Card payments include an additional 3.5% processing charge
  • Checks can be mailed out or dropped off at our office

    • Made out to Four Seasons Rec.
  • Please note online payments are not currently available. Please submit payments by cash, check, money order, or card.

Payment Difficulties

We understand that financial hardships can arise. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment:

  • Please contact the Association at 703-437-1811 or email seasonsbdir@gmail.com.
  • You are also welcome to attend a Board of Directors meeting, normally held the first Wednesday of each month.

The Board’s goal is to work amicably with members to establish payment plans when needed, and to avoid legal action whenever possible.

Fiscal Year: October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2025
Annual Assessment Due Date: October 1, 2024 • Annual Assessment Amount: $575.00

Annual Assessment Discount Option: To qualify for 3% discount of $17.25, please make your Annual Dues payment of $557.75 between October 1 and October 15, 2024. Payments must be received by the Association office no later than October 15, 2024.
Annual Assessment Quarterly Installments: Quarterly Installment payments must be made in the amount of $143.75 and must be received by the Association office no later than the Late Date for each quarter.
