Pool Passes

You must have a pool pass to enter the pool! Pool passes are collected at the check-in entrance and given back upon exit. Pool passes are good for 5 years. New pool passes are free from charge, EXCEPT if they are lost. Replacement passes are $5.

Passes are replaced for free under the following circumstances:

  • A child turns 10 y.o. and no longer needs a red pass
  • A child turns 3 y.o. and needs a pass
  • Passes are expired and need to be renewed
  • A new family member resides with you/someone moved out/you need to update your family member record

You may reach out to get your passes any time the entire year, even outside of the Spring and Summer time! Therefore, all residents have more than enough time to get their passes before opening day. If you do not have your passes when attempting to visit the pool facility, you will NOT be granted access, no exceptions! This is to ensure the safety and orderliness of our facility.

How to get Pool Passes

Obtaining pool passes is easy! You can inquire in-person or completely remote. We just need the names, birthdates, and genders of all people living in your household via a Family Member Record Form. If you are renewing (free) or replacing ($5) your pass, you will need to verify our existing records on your family account.

  • In-Person: By visiting the office (Mon-Fri 10am-2pm)
  • Remotely: By email to 4SeasonsGen@gmail.com or call 703-437-1811
  • Drop-Off: By printing out the form and turning in a completed version into our dropbox (found at front door)

Where to Pick-up Passes?

Passes are picked up at the pool entrance office when the pool is open (11am-8pm). You will need to give the pool staff your Lot Number (TH ### or SF ###)

Who can get Pool Passes?

The FSRA pool is only permitted for Four Seasons Recreation residents and members of Swim team. The following streets fall under Four Seasons HOA:

Guest Passes

Guest passes can be purchased at the upstairs office during business hours. Guest passes at the office are $1 per punch and only cash or check is accepted. At the lifeguard entrance, card is accepted, but a guest pass is $3 per guest. Active guest privileges are required to use guest passes. Guest passes come in the form of punch cards, offering the option of a 5 or 10 dollar guest pass. Guest passes never expire.

Guest Privileges

In order to bring a guest to the pool, you must have active guest privileges.

For Adults (18+):
  • Must stay with guests the entire time they are present at the pool.
  • Automatically have guest privileges.
  • May bring up to 8 guests at a time (any age).
  • Bringing more than 8 guests requires approval from the Recreation Director.
For Youth (Ages 10–17):
  • Must have a parent/guardian complete a Guest Privilege Permission Form for each child.
  • Once approved, the child may bring 1 guest at a time.
    • The guest must be age 10 or older.
    • Guests under age 10 must be brought in by a resident who is 18 or older.

Additional Pool Access Guidelines

General Pool Entry

  • Passes are required and will be checked by pool staff upon entrance.
  • Residents must be in good standing with the Recreation Association to use the pool.
  • Children 2 and under do not need a pass.
  • Children 10 and older may enter the pool on their own.
  • Children 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+).

All residents and guests must abide by all pool rules and be respectful to the pool staff. All rules are enforced by pool staff and posted in the pool hallway entrance. A few very important rules, among many others not listed, are referenced below:

  • You must have a bathing suit or clothing or proper swimming material in order to swim
  • No running on the pool deck
  • Passes can only be used by the person whose name is listed on the pass. Passes cannot be transferred or used by anyone else other than that person
  • No cursing or foul language
  • Must be 18 or older to stay in the pool during break
  • No food on deck, only in grassy area
  • Children under 10 must be supervised at all times, please keep an eye on your child!

The recreation director and pool staff reserve the right to suspend privileges due to rule-breaking or disrespectful behavior
